LEVY CORPUZ ORTEGA
Born in the City of Baybay, on the central westcoast of the province of Leyte. Celebrates his birthday every 6th of April. A loyalty awardee of the Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception, owned by the Sisters of Saint Francis of Perpetual Adoration for spending his primary and secondary years of academic learning. Took up AB Philosophy for a year at the Divine Word University in Tacloban City. Later transferred to Manila Central University in Caloocan City and took up Dental Medicine.
Trained for leadership when he joined the Baybay "Barangayon" Jaycees, an affiliate of Jaycees International (JCI) and started his career as events organizer. Created his L.Ev. Productions (Lifestyles & Events Production) in 2010 with a series of successful events in the locality of Baybay. Production Director for the three consecutive years for the Search for Miss Teen Baybay since 2001. A few of his successful events are the following: Baybay Teen Model Quest (2006), Ginoong Baybay (2008), San Pedro Inland Skim (2009), San Vicente's Sexiest (2009), Acoustic Night Unplugged (2010), Baybay Hip Hop Dnce contest (2010), The Black Party (2011), San Vicente Hip Hop Battle (2011), The White Party with San Jose's Prettiest Faces (2011), Baybay's Sexiest Bodies: All Things Sexy and Alluring (2012), San Vicente's Body and Soul Fashion Walk (2012).
Aimed for a higher standard of commuity involvement through committed action and dedicated service when he served as Brgy. Councilor in Zone 3 Brgy. Lope Montefolka in the City of Baybay.
Worked as Tourism Staff at the Baybay Tourism and Investment Promotion Office for 3 years and was the official tour guide of the City and served as Vice President of the Tour Guides of Baybay.
Taught Food and Beverage Services (TESDA Accredited) in Acedilla Technological Institute.
Recently worked as Customer Service Associate in Convergys, Eastwood City, Libis.
